JDE can repair most types of current model turbine engine's with out loss of your AMA coverage.
An engine left after notification of completed repairs longer then 90 days from date of notification on completed repairs the engine will be sold or become the propery of JDM Enterprises LLC. the below warranty dose not cover repaired used engine's.
JDE limited warranty. JDE will warranty our assembled engine's for one year from date of purchase to the original owner or for 25 hour's of operation recorded by the ECU which ever comes first with exception of consumable parts,Bearing's,starter system,glow plugs,frictional surfaces, defective parts will be replaced free of charge including labor for a warranted part or component, purchaser is responsible for packing and insurance to return to JDE at our location. JDE will be responsible for return shipping in the continental USA this warranty is not transferable any returned engine for warranty must be accompanied by an invoice showing date of purchase with the original purchaser's name on the receipt if the original purchaser is not the party returning the engine for warranty the warranty is void any parts replaced will be covered under the remaining warranty for the first year or 25 hours of operation. This limited warranty will not cover damaged or improper installation, serial number of engine has been modified removed or defaced ,engine modified, abused, unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, FOD damage, weather damage, act of God, improper electrical connections or connections to other electrical components not supplied or recommended by JDE or other acts which are not the fault of JDE including damage caused by shipping this warranty dose not cover defects in appearances. JDE will not be liable for any other losses or damages or loss of use by warranty repairs. This warranty dose not cover engine/engine's in commercial use or institutional use the purchaser is to provide a return address and phone number where he/she can be reached, An engine returned to JDE will be inspected any part or component found not covered because of the above description will become the responsibility of the purchaser an estimate of repair will then be provided, if the purchaser wishes to not have the engine repaired it is the purchaser's responsibility for the return shipping and insurance charges and any applicable charges for inspection. If an engine is returned to JDE after the limited warranty has expired normal JDE charges will apply warranted engine repairs may consist of rebuilt parts JDE neither assumes or authorizes any person or entity to assume for it any obligation or liability beyond what is stated here under this limited warranty.

A model turbine engine is a sophisticated piece of equipment an operator must have experience with it's operation and basic knowledge of it are required, always follow the manual if you do not have any experience you must seek an expert to give you guidance in operating procedures for help before attempting to start or run a model turbine engine if not operated properly the engine can cause serious bodily harm and property damage JDE assumes no liability for a turbine use or misuse of it's products JDE recommends any and all user's follow guide lines outlined by the AMA and read and follow the GTBA guide line's for proper use and operation of a model gas turbine and safety code and practices.If you feel you can not meet these obligations then you should not purchase this type engine.
Warranty for the JDE ECU.
JDE DECU ECU is covered by the same warranty as stated above it does not cover improper installation or reverse polarity connection or the use of non recommended components or any modification to connector's.
Here at JDE we have available our first in a series of model turbine hot parts aero space cast here in the USA certified to industry standard AMS 2175 Grade B we are working to bring more American made products on line. Allowing us to better serve our customers with quality parts and service for turbine products manufactured in the USA.

Since the last news update several casting batches have been done of turbine wheels, there are many of our new engine's running and flying with the new design wheel in addition a new combustion chamber is now in production for our engine ,also available is a 14+ thrust engine, JDE has in development larger diameter turbine wheels based on our now current design showing great promise for better performing turbine engine.
NASA purchased a JDE turbine for test the engine has undergone continued running with hot fueling continuously for an average 4-5 hours with out a flame out. In addition we are exploring a higher thrust engine in the 18lb range and are continuing to test this engine, that's it for now hope to see you at some of the local jet and model shows tell next time.

JDE in part is responsible for the AMA guide line's for the home builder making it possible to build and fly a home built turbine in the US.
Also JDE is responsible for the AMA kit turbine guide line when we asked these other companies to aide in getting the guide line made up for the AMA none would get involved now some of these companies are trying to take credit for it.
